Can I invest in VivaBox?

Do you have other sizes and floor plans?
VivaBox is a modular system built out of rectangles of 20ft x 10ft. These are then combined to create different styles, elevations and floor plans. 

When will VivaBox be available?
NOW! Due to massive interest in our modular systems, we are delivering houses in around 8 weeks; however, the current factory of 1.5 acres is growing its capacity to fulfill all the orders more efficiently.  ​

How much is shipping?
We will assist you with shipping costs, but it is quoted from our hub in San Antonio, TX.  Current shipping rates are somewhere in the $3-$10/mile from after a flat rate that covers 50 miles.

Can you ship international?
Currently, we only ship to Mexico and USA, but are sending to other areas very soon

Does VivaBox set up the house?
VivaBox can assist with setup for the modules. We will connect you with a VivaBox certified and state licensed installer in your area.

What happens when I reserve?
We will get in touch with you within 3 business days to understand your project, answer questions, and put together the plan for facilitating your new VivaBox, so the process can be smooth and simple. 

How much will it cost to setup a VivaBox?
VivaBox modules are fast and easy to set up. The cost of the VivaBox does not include land and site preparation. These expenses, which can range from $5,000 to $50,000, may include foundation work, utility connections, permits, landscaping, and more, and can vary depending on your location and the specific details of your site.

Can you finance?
Definitely! VivaBox has partnered with various financing options to provide customers with several loan choices. Before completing your VivaBox order, one of our financing partners will get in touch with you to go over the lending options available.

What are these made of?
VivaBox homes are constructed with durable materials such as steel, concrete, and EPS foam. These materials are built to last and will not deteriorate over time. The walls, floor, and roof of a VivaBox are comprised of structurally reinforced panels that surpass the strength of typical building materials. Additionally, VivaBox modules are weatherproof, ensuring a comfortable temperature all year round, whether it's hot or cold.

Are they flood resistant?
VivaBox modules are set at least 1 feet above the floor and does not employ conventional lumber or sheetrock in its construction. The use of alternative materials reduces the likelihood of damage caused by water and mold growth.

Are they fire resistant?
Nothing is fire proof. However, VivaBox was designed with fire resistance in mind. The interior and exterior of the VivaBox is covered with non-flammable materials, reducing the risk of ignition from flying embers during a forest fire.

Are they energy efficient?
VivaBox modules are extremely energy efficient. The insulation level we put in our homes exceed what is required by most governing bodies all over the country.  

What codes do they comply with?
VivaBox modules meet and surpass the standards set by most building codes. VivaBox will come with state-level modular approval, which simplifies the building process by reducing the need for local inspections and providing pre-approved plans at the state level. Although the modular approval is not available at the moment, it is expected to be ready soon.

Am I allowed to build a VivaBox on my land?

Different areas have different zoning rules. You can try reading rules on your local governments website, but sometimes it can be confusing. You can definetly try  permits.com to provide an easy resource for questions about permitting.

Are these manufactured/ trailer/ HUD homes?
No, they are built to a higher code standard. They are built to IRC and ICC requirements for most areas in the US. VivaBoxes are generally stronger than a traditional site built home as they are constructed from a custom engineered, steel frame chassis designed for the intention of housing.  Container based construction technology that is designed for housing, not shipping.

Is the roof flat?
VivaBoxes roofs are not flat, so you dont have to worry about the rain. The correct angle is engineered for runoff.

Can you customize your VivaBox?
Colors and finishes are fully customizable.  If you have a specific need, contact us to design your project, and we will get more specific on what would be involved in transforming a VivaBox into your vision.

What is the process to buy a VivaBox?
1)Reserve with a $500 deposit, fully refundable. 

2)We will call you in no more than 3 weeks to listen to your needs

3)We will send you a plan, installation needs and everything that needs to be done before shipping

4)Permits and Licenses

5)Payment and delivery.

Is VivaBox a finished house?

VivaBox primarily sells a house module system that can significantly reduce construction time in real estate development projects. However, additional elements such as setup, installation, foundation, utilities, and finishing touches still need to be added. VivaBox does come with a high level of completion from the factory, including features like a kitchen, bathroom, electrical systems, flooring, windows, and more. It's important to note that the end product is not a fully finished, move-in ready home.

How do utilities connect?

The plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems come pre-installed in your VivaBox from the factory, and utilities are easily connected on-site to the exterior corner of the unit. 

Can I have solar or off grid?
Yes you can, we can put you in contact with one of our certified contractor.

How much does a Casita cost?

We offer 3 different ways to buy your VivaBox! 

 Kit assembly is $29,900 per module and includes every component necessary to construct your home.  

 Factory built assembly is $39,900 per module and your home modules will arrive to your site fully assembled and ready for hookup

 FULL Installation package - we handle everything! From the initial phone call to handing off your keys, we will handle everything from A-Z.  Just pick your models, choose colors, and we take care of the rest.
