Viva Box Terms of Service
Welcome to Viva Box. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- Reservation Fee
When you make a reservation with Viva Box, you will be required to pay a fully-refundable $500 reservation fee. This fee is fully refundable before beginning the project and before we analyze lot and property needs. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at sales@vivaboxhomes.com
- Delivery Time
At Viva Box, we make every effort to deliver our modular homes as quickly as possible. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on a number of factors, including weather conditions, availability of materials, and other unforeseen circumstances. We estimate that it may take up to 6 months to deliver a home, but in some cases, it may take up to 12 months.
- Customization
Viva Box offers a wide range of floor plans and designs for our modular homes, which can be customized to meet your specific needs and preferences. However, please note that certain customization requests may affect the delivery time and cost of your home.
- Payment
Full payment is required before the project begins. We accept various methods of payments like credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, etc.
- Changes and Cancellation
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that certain changes or cancellations may affect the delivery time and cost of your home.
- Warranty
Viva Box homes are covered by a one-year warranty on all workmanship and materials. If you discover any defects or issues with your home within the first year, please contact our customer service team.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Viva Box be liable for any damages, including without limitation, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of our products, website or services.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
