Viva Box Shipping Policy
At Viva Box, we are committed to delivering our modular homes to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. Our homes are constructed in a factory, and then shipped to the final destination where they will be installed and detailed.
- Shipping Time
We estimate that delivery of your home will take no more than 6 months, but in some cases, it may take up to 12 months. This will depend on a number of factors, including availability of materials, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide you with a delivery estimate at the time of your order, and will keep you updated on the status of your delivery throughout the process.
- Shipping Cost
The cost of shipping and installation is included in the price of your home. There are no additional shipping costs for our customers.
- Destination
Viva Box modular homes are shipped to the final destination only. The final destination should be the place where the home is going to be installed.
- Tracking
Once your home has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your delivery. You can also contact our customer service team for updates on the status of your delivery.
- Damage
In the unlikely event that your home is damaged during shipment, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that your home is delivered in perfect condition.
- Installation
Installation and detailing of the modular home will be done by our team or authorized contractors, once the home arrives at the final destination.
